because I’m a snail and I know it~
Because everyone else is doing this, the first 100 RP Blogs to reblog this will get a pokemon egg that will hatch after three days! If you don’t mind, I would like a brief description of your character so that I can pick an egg that matches him or her. Also you may get a Legendary. If your character is against training legendaries, please tell me.
Also, each egg comes with a brief description, and if you want to cheat and find out what your egg is early, you can find them here.
Please make sure you have your submission box open!
(( OMG PLEASE >< I’ve re blogged like 15 of these and haven’t seen any of them… T^T ))
((Leander is a wandering hunter/exterminator/assassin who, despite some questionable lifestyle choices, is actually quite friendly and rather difficult to annoy. He has an aptitude for destruction magic, but only really enjoys and practices fire-based spells. Since he’s used to travelling with the rest of his clan, he’s often very lonely now that he has to go it alone, and he could really use a hunting partner and something to guard his camp at night.))

((I just can’t with this. WHERE DID THIS COME FROM?!? I’m not even half as talented as you are. I’m barely worth your time, and I’m amazed you put up with me at all ;n;
(Thank you thank you thank you)x 100 for being so sweet and just generally amazing. <3))
Leander looked up from where he had been sharpening his sword, sheathing the blade and setting it and the whetstone aside when he noticed that the newcomer was one of his kind, and obviously alone. A welcome relief as almost all of the other Khajiit he encountered on the road were bandits.
“Greetings,” he replied amiably, straightening up and holding out his hand to the stranger. “My name’s Leander. I used to travel with a larger clan in the area near Whiterun. Dro’Shadi’s clan, if that name sounds more familiar to you.”
((No problem. I get that they’re not supposed to meet up for quite a while. That won’t stop Leander from offering to help with the search, though.))
While Leander will do anything for family, and his perception of family is rather skewed, he does still have a conscience, and he is very aware of how wrong murdering innocent people for profit is.
The saving grace that keeps him from losing his mind after a contract is that, usually, whoever he has been contracted to kill has done something horrible that justifies their death.
That can’t always be the case however, because people are fickle and rarely ever think their decisions all the way through before they act. So whenever Leander is called on to kill someone who is blatantly innocent, he will usually try to find some way around it. In the past, he has paid people to ”disappear,” or simply scared them out of the province with threats to their life or the lives of their loved ones. The Brotherhood rarely asks for a body, and a missing person is usually enough to convince the client that their request has been met.
Leander has managed to be drawn into the seedier guilds in Skyrim because they both exploit his desire to belong to a family that he doesn’t feel separate from, as well as his fierce loyalty and desire to prove his worth to his family.
He never planned to be an assassin, but his better instincts were set aside the second Astrid called him “brother.”
The unity and familiarity of the Thieves Guild and how they all seemed to care about and look out for one another despite coming from so many different backgrounds drew him in even more than the promise of gold. Not that he would admit that if anyone asked.
(( Mun fact: I have a half-sister who I’ve only met once in my life.
Muse fact: Leander got the scar on his nose in a fight with his sister’s ex-fiance.))

As the Khajiit’s weapon lowered, the Dunmer seemed to ease her own threatening stance a bit. She still remained wary, yes, but at least she was no longer aiming magic in his direction. As he slid the bow onto his back, the energy that pulsed around her hands eventually subsided completely.
The mer straightened and took the moment to examine the stranger fully now before she folded her arms over her chest and spoke again, her voice not nearly as loud this time, “I suppose you can’t tell me how I got here.” She sighed, turning her head toward another tunnel that lead further into the lair.
“Though I have a pretty good idea.” Being abducted was not something that happened very often with the Necromancer. She did not know why these vampires found her valuable enough to abduct either, but she had a feeling that she would find out.
Seeing that the womer had calmed somewhat, he turned his attention back to the chest he hadn’t had a chance to open. He felt more than saw her gaze follow him, not piercing as it had been, but evaluating, and he did his best to appear non-threatening, while also keeping his ears angled toward her to show that she still had his attention.
He looked up from the lock when she spoke, shaking his head slightly and attempting to look sympathetic, which wasn’t all that difficult since he knew from personal experience how distressing it was waking up in unfamiliar surroundings.
“Not first hand, no,” he replied, pausing briefly to listen to the clicking of the lock and adjust the position of the pick. “But people have been going missing all over the northern holds, so it’s easy enough to imagine. Vampires in these parts aren’t too concerned with covering their tracks since there’s no one hunting them besides the Vigil, and those paranoid fools can barely catch a cold.”
He managed to open the chest then, and as if to prove his point, on the very top of the stack of items was a bloodstained amulet of Stendarr, which he pushed aside in favor of the glass dagger laying beneath it.
“Do you need a weapon, or can you manage without one?” he asked, offering the dagger as he spoke. The idea of giving her a weapon left him feeling uneasy, but not quite as much as the possibility of becoming her replacement thrall.
